Every fact on a listing comes from the hotel's own website, and each listing shows the date we checked it. Hotels change their rooms, rules and offers, so a listing can fall behind.

How to report a mistake

Email hello@minimoonguide.co.uk with the hotel's name, what is wrong, and a link to the page that shows it if you have one.

What we do

• We read the hotel's own website again.
• If our listing is wrong or out of date, we correct it and change the date it was checked.
• If the hotel's website no longer says something we listed, we remove it or mark it as not confirmed.

Hotels cannot pay to change what we say about them. You can read more about how we check every hotel.
